James ‘Bold’ Sari Steals Raila’s Maili Tatu Moments



Orange democratic movement leader Raila Odinga’s visit to Meru County was smooth from the start, the official leader of opposition caravan attracted a mammoth of crowd around all the stopovers he made as he mobilized his supporters to register in numbers.

Baba first rally was at Makutano before making different stopovers at Kianjai,Kangeta,Muthara and Maili Tatu.
However, one Mr. James Sari a resident of Maili Tatu stole the show from the CORD leader after he pulled a stunt only seen on movies.

Sari apparently tried to hatch a lift from Maili Tatu aboard Baba’s chopper, the middle-aged man sat comfortably on the skids of the helicopter as it took off immediately after Rao waved to his supporters bidding them goodbye to what had been a successful day.

The Chopper’s pilot had to slow down for a while after noise from the crowd on the ground. However, he took off only to land at a nearby Athimba Primary School after ODM national Youth coordinator Benson Musungu called the former Prime Minister and alerted him about the situation.
Sari was taken to Maua Methodist Hospital for Medical check-up, the ODM entourage will not press any charges according to a party official.
